Depuis quelques mois, de plus en plus de messages " de demande d'aide"
circulent sur le net africain. Il s'agit pour la plupart de simples
arnaques et sont généralement constitués des mêmes histoires : seuls les
noms, situations et lieux changent.
Devant cette recrudescence d'emails, MBOLO.COM a décidé de lister ces
messages afin de protéger la communauté d'internautes. Participer vous
aussi à cette mission en nous envoyant ( email à

Dear sir,
BUSINESS PROPOSAL - STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.
After due deliberations with my colleagues I decided to forward to you
this business proposal. We want a reliable person who could assist us
to receive the sum of $38,500,000.00 (Thirty Eight million, five
hundred thousand U S Dollars) into his account.
This fund resulted from an over -invoiced bill from a contract awarded
by us under the budget allocation to my ministry and the bill was
approved for payment by the concerned ministries. The contract was
executed, commissioned, and the Contractor was paid his actual cost of
the contract.
We are now left with a total of US$38.5million as the over invoice
amount which we deliberately over estimated for our own use. But under
protocol division, Civil Servants are forbidden to own or operate
foreign account. This is why I am contacting you for assistance.
We have agreed to share the money as follows:- 25% for you account
owner, 70% for us and 5% for expenses (internal and external)
As you may rightly want to know, I got your address and good
credentials from our local Chamber of Commerce and Industry and I am a
top official of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
This transaction is very much free from all sorts of risk as it has
been
carefully planned before it was successfully executed. Moreover, the
officials involved in this deal have put in many years of service to
the Government and have been waiting for this age long opportunity,
hence we cannot afford to miss it.
To get this fund into your account we have to present an international
business outfit and consequent upon your agreement, you are please
required to send the following information through above Email.
1). Your Full names and or company name and address
2). Your Private Telephone and Fax numbers and Email address for easy
and confidential communications.
These information will enable us process approval and release of the
fund in approximately 14 working days.
In a project like this it is very important to note that a face to
face meeting is also necessary. So, three officials will come to your
country to arrange for our share as soon as transfer is imminent. My
colleagues and I have had some fruitful discussions with relevant top
officials of the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of
Nigeria and they
have agreed to cooperate in the transfer. An application for funds
transfer shall be made at the appropriate ministries in favour of you/your
company. Thereafter, you shall be officially regarded as having
executed a contract for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
with all
supporting documents. These processes makes the operation legal
according to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Please treat this request with absolute confidentiality as we are
civil servants still in Government and would not like to be exposed.
